Refund policy

If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your choice of items, we have a 14-day return policy. That means that you can return your items up to 14 days after receiving your purchase.

To make an exchange, please return items and place a new order. Shipping costs of returning your purchase is at your own expense.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

• Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date,
• Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition,
  
• Be returned with original tags and packaging.
  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

IKATAKI reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
