Shipping policy

IKATAKI operates responsibly based on Make-To-Oder model. Each garment is handmade. Creation of your item starts only after you place the order. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing and making. Slower approach helps us to reduce waste and avoid mass-producing. 

We ship from Amsterdam to you and have 3 flat rates that will be added to your order at checkout:

• €20 for deliveries to the Netherlands,
• €30 for deliveries to the rest of Europe,
• €50 for deliveries to countries outside of the EU and Switzerland.
  

International shipments may incur with additional taxes, duties and custom fees for which you are responsible for paying. Please contact your local customs authority or post office to calculate the tax-free import threshold or calculating any eventual additional fee.

Estimated delivery time varies and should be taken as a guide. We offer 3-5 business days from processed order to delivery within Europe, and 5-10 working days outside of EU. 

You can track your order via shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.  

Please note, IKATAKI will not be liable for:

• Any delay caused by the shipping company,
• Any customs delay,
• Any delay on the grounds of force majeure (any act of accident beyond our control),
• Lost packages during international transit,
• Currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer to other currencies.
